Shipping Cost and Production Time  

1. I try my best to get your product finished and to you in a very timely manner. I will quote the time it should take me to get your order finished at the time of quote/ordering. 

2. I try and get you the best rate for shipping. Shipping is done through the postal service for small parcels and Fed Ex Ground for larger parcels unless otherwise requested.

For dress tags, ribbons, and handkerchiefs, first class mail is $1.60 for your first 2 items, and an additional $.50 for each additional item, and includes delivery confirmation. For totes, shirts, towels, and robes, shipping price will be quoted upon request and will be based on zip code. 

Priority mail is $5.05 for as many items that I can fit into a flat rate envelope and will be determined at the time of order. If your order exceeds the flat rate envelope, a flat rate box will be used and is $9.10. Both prices include delivery confirmation.

Insurance can be purchased for an additional cost, see below:

$1.35 ................ $0.01 to $50
$2.30 ................ $50.01 to $100
$3.35 ................ $100.01 to $200
$4.40 ................ $200.01 to $300
$5.45 ................ $300.01 to $400
$6.50 ................ $400.01 to $500  

3. If insurance is not purchased, I will not be held responsible for replacing your order.  

4. Fed-Ex Ground will be quoted on weight of package and comes with insurance up to $100.

Terms of sale

1. All sales from The Embroidery Goddess are final. If you cancel your order you are responsible for any and all costs incurred up to the time of your cancellation, including but not restricted to artwork, setup charges, proofs, embroidery, and finished product.

2. Since my product is a custom product and not usable to anyone but the customer who placed the order, all accounts must be pre-paid unless other arrangements are agreed upon. I accept paypal, checks, and money orders.

3. A returned check charge of $40.00 per incidence will be charged for all returned checks.

4. You will be charged interest at a rate of 2% per month on all overdue balances.

5. Prices are subject to change without notice. Customer agrees to all prices, fees and terms as presented on the website.
